Some of you may have noticed that I haven't been nearly as prolific as usual with the blog entries and health articles lately. Aside from my 12 week old son, there's another reason I haven't been writing nearly as much.Over the past few months I've been developing and testing a new weight loss program. It's a one week total immersion program called One Week Health Streak.
The goal of this program is to allow you to feel the results of a healthy lifestyle during a week long streak of excellent health practices. The concept behind this program is different than my other solutions, including the revolutionary, step-by-step program Weight Loss Program: Three Weeks to Thrive.
The results of this program have been nothing short of amazing. As a coach who always advocates very moderate programs, I was blown away by the results obtained from this stricter variety of program. The coolest part is that we've developed a way to use this one week program as a long term, moderate solution to weight loss.
