Ball Crossover

Lie on your back with your feet on the floor and knees up. Squeeze your balance ball between your knees and let your hips fall to one side. Raise your legs back to the center, then lower them to the other side. Don't let the sides of your legs touch the ground. For more a challenge, try a medicine ball instead of a balance ball.
