Run, Jog, or Walk

Run, jog, or walk at a consistent pace (unless the workout tells you otherwise). Keep your pace safe, yet constantly challenging. If possible we recommend running outdoors in the grass or on a padded track to reduce the shock on your knees and other body parts. If you have access to an elliptical machine, use that over a treadmill.
