Chair Squat - One Leg

This is a one-legged squat/lunge using a chair or high step to support the rear leg. Be sure your legs are wide enough that when you squat with good posture your knee does not extend past your toes (it should be over your foot or toes but no further forward). This can also be done holding dumbbells.
