Long Push-Ups

These are similar to regular push-ups, except that your hands are out beyond your shoulders, making them more challenging. You may need to start with your hips a little higher than in regular push-ups. For regular push-ups your hips and back should be flat. If you want to be like Bruce Lee, try using your fingertips... eventually get down to using only two fingers on each hand to support yourself.
