The tripod is the easiest. Start with the hands and head on the ground. As you lean forward support your knees on your elbows and support your weight with your head and hands. The frog stand is the same but without using the head for support. The planche is just like the frog stand, but the knees go inside the elbows. This is more difficult because the elbows no longer take the load of the lower body. This is a very difficult exercise. Proceed with caution.
