Agility Dot Drill

This is an excellent exercise for building quick footwork and coordination. It's also a fun way to exercise or compete against someone else. It may remind you of playing hopscotch as a kid.

Hop to the corner...Across to the other corner...Then to the middle, then to the rear corner, then back to starting position. Repeat the whole round 4-9 times as before.

You get the idea... go across to the corner, back to the middle, back to the rear corner, and across to starting position. Again repeat 4-9 times.Round 5: This is like round one, only you're going to turn around before you come back. Start in the original position.Jump to the middle, then jump to the end, just like in Round 1.

From the end position, jump up and turn around landing on the same dots...Land here... and then jump to the middle as before.To the middle...

To the end again... Once again land on the dots...and then jump up and turn around, landing again on the same dots.Land back in your starting position and repeat 4-9 times. Make sure you turn one way (your right) going out and the opposite direction (your left) coming back. Record your total time when complete.
