Inch Worm

With your feet together and knees straight, bend and touch your toes. Then try to put your hands flat on the floor and walk them out in front of you, keeping your feet together and firmly on the floor. When you are fully stretched out, walk your feet up to your hands step by step without bending your knees. You should walk with tiny steps from your ankles. Once you are in the starting position again, repeat by walking your hands out.
