Knee Tuck

Start with your hands on the floor in a push up position with your ankles resting on top of a balance ball. Pull your knees to your chest, allowing your legs to roll across the ball. Push your feet back to the starting position and then repeat. For more of a challenge, try using only one leg on the ball.
