Hip Rotation

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and your toes pointed inward at a 45 degree angle. Turning on the balls of your feet, twist your hips sharply. Twist back to the other side. Be sure the motion originates in your hips and not your shoulders. Your shoulders should remain still.
