Upright Row

This exercise will require a stretch band of appropriate length and tension, dumbbells, free weights, or a cable machine. If you are using a stretch band, step on the middle of the band so that it is tense with your arms to your sides and your elbows straight. Pull the handles or weight up to your chest allowing your elbows to flare out. Try to pull all the way to shoulder height.
