Twisting Hip Stretch
From a seated position on the floor, cross one leg over the other and put that foot flat on the floor. Twist away from the foot and try to use your elbow to push against your thigh to get more stretch. For more of a challenge, bend your bottom leg.
Bottom leg straight - easier variation.
Bottom leg bent, hugging the top leg
Hardest variation. Bottom leg bent, twisting with the elbow against the knee.
