Leg Over Stretch

Lay on your back with both legs out straight. Bring one leg up so it forms a 90 degree angle with your body. Use your hand to gently push your knee to the floor. Your other hand should remain outstretched. Try to keep your far shoulder on the floor. Maintain the 90 degree angle with your upper leg as you stretch.
