Active Hip Stretch

Lie on your back with one leg straight (toes pointed up) and the opposite arm on the ground for balance. Wrap the strap around your opposite leg so it loops under your foot. Using your hips, pull that leg across your body. Once you reach the point of maximum movement, pull gently on the rope. Hold at the peak for a few seconds and exhale into the stretch. Release the leg back to the floor and repeat.
