Active Quad Stretch

Lie face down and wrap the strap around one foot. Using your hips, lift that leg up and toward your body. Once you reach the point of maximum movement, pull gently on the rope with the same-side arm. Pull the leg directly over your back (not across your body). Hold at the peak for a few seconds and exhale into the stretch. Release the leg back to the floor and repeat.
