Stand holding a strap behind your neck with one arm. Your elbow should be pointed up as you let the strap dangle down your back. Bring your other hand across your lower back and grasp the free end of the strap. Reach as far as you can with the top arm, and gently pull with the bottom arm (palm face out). If you can clasp both hands behind your back, you do not need to use the strap.
