Where did this whole 15 minute thing come from and can it really work?

It goes back to a conversation I had with my friend and the co-author of our upcoming fitness book Three Weeks to Thrive, Dr. Arjun Chanmugam. We we're talking about ways to help the most people get healthy.

I firmly believe that coaching is the solution for most people who can't get themselves on track because the issue is not a physical issue or a medical issue, it's a mental one.

There's certainly no lack of decent fitness information out there. It may not be optimal, but let's face it anything that doesn't cause injury or illness is better than continuing a sedentary lifestyle.
