Water, Water Everywhere...
Why Aren’t You Drinking It?

How much water do you drink each day? Please don’t argue that it’s too expensive. I mean, in one case you’re right. It’s insane to pay $2 or $3 for a bottle of water at a convenience store or baseball game. But that’s not a justification for buying the same bottle with some artificial gunk in it.

You’re not getting a better value on your money by adding some cheap sweeteners, really. They hardly cost anything.

Just stick with water. I suggest you get a filter for your faucet and just use filtered tap water. That’s about as close to free as you can get. Refill your water bottles so you can carry one around with you. Just be sure to wash them out with soap and water before you use them because bacteria can build up in them if you don’t.

Also there are some reports that certain types of polycarbonate bottles may leech a harmful chemical called BPA into the water over time. I don’t know that it’s a real threat, but to be safe you can get a stainless steel or HDPE bottle.

However you get it, just drink your water…. It’ll not only keep you hydrated but it will help keep your appetite in check. Drink up!
