Try my Fitness Success Group Coaching. Here's how it works. Once every week you call into a teleconference that I moderate. Each group session is strictly limited to 12 participants, each sharing similar fitness goals and situations.

There's plenty of time for individual attention. During the session you'll get to hear targetted fitness advice and you'll have the chance to discuss the positive and negative experiences for the prior week and your goals for the following week.

You rely on the group for support and you lay your progress before them.

I personally moderate up to eight groups of twelve members each, and then that's it. No more than 96 people. As the groups fill up, the cost for new participants to enter a group will rise. This provides not only an incentive for you to join early, but it also helps control the size of the groups.

Once the spots are filled, that's it. I only have enough time to take care of eight groups.

So how well does this work? Have you heard of Weight Watchers meetings? If you think that works (it does), this is far better because you don't have to go get weighed in front of people. I can tell you with absolute certainty that the coaching I do positively works. My clients rave about it, and I have faith that you will too.

But just in case, I'm making it very affordable to get started with your first four sessions. You can compare this to an in-person weigh-in type methodology where you get weighed in front of a group, but here it's only supportive voices. No judgemental stares allowed. No one is going to judge you, but they will support you and they will hold you accountable for your fitness.

You can cancel your membership at any time with nothing more than an email or phone call. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your first four sessions, just let me know and I'll gladly refund your money and cancel your membership.

I can't make a more rock-solid guarantee than that. What you do with your body is up to you. I can only give the most modern health science while encouraging and supporting your healthy habits.

Are you out of excuses yet? If you're ready to try it here's what you need to know. The first four sessions are $44.99 (for all four, that's $11.25/session). After the trial period the price is $23.50 per weekly session, paid quarterly.

To register you need to fill out some important information that describes your fitness level, goals, and what you hope to get out of the program. This part is absolutely essential so I know which group to put you in and also so I can understand exactly what kind of motivation and information you need to succeed.

I'm relying on you to tell me what you need out of this program when you sign up.

You'll also need to tell me if there are times you cannot make the teleseminars. Each session will consist 45-60 minutes of moderated time. After that those who want to stay on the call can do so for up to another hour. Normal US long distance charges may apply for the calls unless you have a plan (like many people do now) that gives you free long distance.

The sign up process for this program is not automated like my other products. I'm going to manually assign each new member to a group and refine each group based on the goals of the participants and their feedback.

The pricing fine print:
Right now the groups I'm filling will take place every Monday at 2:00pm and every Tuesday at 8:15pm. The cost after the first four sessions will be $23.50 per session. You pay for 13 sessions at a time (or 26 or 52), so after the four initial sessions you'll pay $305.50 for the quarter. There's no obligation to continue if you don't want to. But as the groups fill up the price will increase substantially for new members.
