Rest Day - Bike/Walk
For today's active rest day, I recommend you go take a long, low-paced bike ride. If you can get outside on a real bike, all the better. Otherwise you're stuck with a stationary bike. If you can't do either go for a walk instead.

Run, Jog, or Walk 160This is your active rest day, so grab the bicycle and hit the pavement. If you can't do that, just go for a stroll instead. Try to spend around 60 minutes on your bike ride or walk. Afterward do some stretching and the foam roller series on your own.
