| 20 | 15 | Last in the series. Complete fifteen reps and immediately start the series over. Do not rest for more than five seconds between rounds. Record the number of rounds you complete and the time it took. Take a one minute break and then pick up where you left off. Try to get at least 20 full rounds in. Record the time it takes to complete 20 rounds. As it gets more difficult, take longer rest periods. If 20 rounds is easy, then add more reps per round or go for 30 rounds. |
