Classic Benchmark Series
This our most basic benchmark workout. You'll use this to compare your progress in future months. Make sure you give it a solid effort.

Pushup 205The first of three exercises. Start the timer and perform five reps of pushups (from knees if necessary) per round. After five reps move immediately to the next exercise. No breaks whatsoever.
Situp 2010Number two in the series. Complete ten reps and immediately move to the next exercise.
Air Squat 2015Last in the series. Complete fifteen reps and immediately start the series over. Do not rest for more than five seconds between rounds. Record the number of rounds you complete and the time it took. Take a one minute break and then pick up where you left off. Try to get at least 20 full rounds in. Record the time it takes to complete 20 rounds. As it gets more difficult, take longer rest periods. If 20 rounds is easy, then add more reps per round or go for 30 rounds.
