Grab your oars...it's time to row. Ok, you won't actually need an oar, just a stretch band or cable machine. You can substitute pull-ups for rowing if you prefer. The idea here is to run through four exercises before you take a break. Lather, rinse, repeat. Or rather... just repeat.

Row 420Today we're going to superset rowing exercises to get some added interval training. Perform one set of each exercise then move directly to the next one. Use medium-light resistance
Bent Squat 410Remember - no breaks between exercises. One set of 10, then move to the next exercise.
Straight Leg Deadlift 420Bang out 20 of these and then on to the last exercise. Use medium-Light resistance.
Situp 420Keep up the pace, no breaks yet. Perform 20 situps, then take a much needed 2 minute break. Start back at the first exercise and repeat until you've complete 4 cycles.
