Rest Day - Bike/Walk
Let's call today a "take-it-easy" day rather than rest. You still need to get an hour of light activity in today. I suggest a long, gentle bike ride (outside if possible or on a machine if necessary). If you can't do, go for a walk.

Run, Jog, or Walk 160This is your active rest day, so grab the bicycle and hit the pavement. If you can't do that, just go for a stroll instead. Try to spend around 60 minutes on your bike ride or walk. Afterward do some stretching and the foam roller series on your own.
