Burpees The burpee, also known as a squat thrust, is an oustanding full body exercise. The beauty of this one is that it can be done virtually anywhere. You can get an amazing sweat going in seconds without any equipment and very little space. If you tried and can't do Burpees at all try splitting each one up into separate phases and modify the parts you can't do or can't continue to do. You might try plyo-pushups (or regular pushups if you can't do those) combined with jump squats. If the jump squat is too hard, then just perform a regular squat. If the push-ups are killing you, try just holding the top pushup position for three to five seconds.
