Burpees
The burpee, also known as a squat thrust, is an oustanding full body exercise. The beauty of this one is that it can be done virtually anywhere. You can get an amazing sweat going in seconds without any equipment and very little space. If you tried and can't do Burpees at all try splitting each one up into separate phases and modify the parts you can't do or can't continue to do. You might try plyo-pushups (or regular pushups if you can't do those) combined with jump squats. If the jump squat is too hard, then just perform a regular squat. If the push-ups are killing you, try just holding the top pushup position for three to five seconds.

Air Squat 115Warm up and get completely stretched out. Do a set of air squats to warm up.
Burpee / Squat Thrust Jump 860You'll need a timer or a clock. Time yourself for exactly one minute and do continuous Burpees for that minute. If you can no longer do them, do some regular pushups and jump squats or air squats for the rest of the minute. Do not stop working until the minute has passed. Take a break of exactly one minute (or less) and then begin again. Go for a total of 8 sets (8 minutes on, 8 minutes off).
