To calculate your estimated body fat percentage first measure your body in the prescribed areas. Measure your height without shoes on. Measure your neck near the base with
the tape sloping downward in the front. Men should measure their waist level with
their navel, and women should measure their waist at the narrowest point and their
hips at the widest point. Measurements should be input in inches:
